THE PROPERTY IS IN A POSH AREA. THE AGENTS WERE PRETTY BAD. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT CHECK IN TIME AND WHEN I CALL THEM ON ARRIVAL THEY SAID THE PERSON IS IN THE CAR PARK, HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET INTO THE APARTMENT
