Checked in. The person that checked us in extremely pleasant! The next day the same person remembered my name upon sight. What?? Our room was huge, quiet, bed and linens top notch. Weve stayed before and will again.

Love that its dog friendly. Convenient to walk to town. Hot tub is more warm than hot. Room didn’t have a comfortable chair to sit in and was a bit small. Heater/fan was quite loud. Restaurant service wasn’t great.

Great hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Views from the balcony were incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. Parking was fairly tight and busy so we had to park on the road, but we were still always able to park close. The lift was out of order which was slightly inconvenient for carrying in luggage, but we were made aware of this at check in.

Nice place, but attention to Mondays
Nice hotel. Good location. Smooth check-in. Our kids enjoyed the pool when the weather was too wet to go outside. We stayed for a long weekend Saturday to Monday, and there were two things that we did not like: The pool was closed for maintenance on Monday morning, so we could not take the kids for a swim before leaving. The restaurant (which served a very good breakfast to us on our first morning) was closed Monday morning, so no breakfast was available at the hotel. It would be great to schedule the unavailability of these services midweek, so the weekend crowd can fully enjoy their getaway.

The Crimson was a lovely place to stay. Our room was nicely recently upgraded, it's convenient to walk to main part of Jasper and support their recovery! The restaurant also was very nice and the service excellent.
