We loved our return to Jasper and the Tonquin, but finding a place to park, downtown Jasper, is ridiculous.

Staff were friendly. The heat did not work in the room. When we called the front desk it seemed to be a known issue they were aware of. Gave us a space heater so we wouldn’t freeze due to the low of -5 overnight

Property is ok. Staff is very friendly but the hotel was ok. They only had one luggage cart that was being used so we had to take multiple trips as we had a lot with us. It was clean enough and not noisy. The pool and hot tub looked good even though we did not use them. It was good for the one night we needed it for.

I was a little hesitant about booking with kids due to the reviews, but it ended up surpassing all my expectations. The room was cozy and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The staff were helpful, and the highlight was definitely the hot pools and sauna. I’ll definitely be returning!

Good property, great beds, perfect staff.
The whole town of Jasper is like a trip to the past, so I won’t fault them for the outdated appearance. It is very obvious that the staff works incredibly hard. One employee was just incredible- made our bed when we wanted a sheet replaced, saw him carrying a wine bottle to someone, a few minutes later he was using a broom and dustpan (off the property) to clean up something in the -grass- just to make the appearance of the area better… he didn’t all, and with a smile on his face. Pool was adequate for the kids- indoor hot tub was lukewarm, but the outdoor hot tubs were exactly what you want from a hot tub. Walking distance to town with a scenic stroll. Parking is a bit of a free for all later in the evening. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Anywhere else this would have been a four star experience, but the staff tipped the scale to five stars. Always responsive, always helping.
