Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could possibly be. Towels were not always clean, even after laundering (make up, foot prints and dirt left behind).
Would have to ask for additional towels for pool, hand, kitchen, etc.
We were there for 10 days, pool water was never checked. Just a couple of chlorine blocks thrown in when we arrived and filter pump wasn't even turned on.
Breakfast wasn't ideal, scrambled egg was a chopped up fried egg.
Not sure where bottled water came from, but one day was topped up from the kitchen tap.
Concierge wasn't helpful, first night in dark sent us out to main road to walk in traffic and maybe find a taxi. No taxi's to be hailed.
Found out two days later about Blue Bird app and then was able to organise our transport.
Same concierge told us we couldn't extent our check out time. Asked for manager who arranged for us.
