Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in

Fairly new hotel, with excellent staff. Taxi from airport 100,000 IDR. Supermarket nearby. Grab car available back to airport (34,000 IDR)

The room was large and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower. Good choices of movies to watch. Close to the airport. Very good service from the front desk.

Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise.

Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training.

Location convenient to shopping mall. Rooms ok and nice they had a fridge. Quite noisy in room sometimes even at 11.30 pm Staff helpful.
