Room was as okay as it could be for having such a hands off staff. Drawers on the dresser were shimmed closed to stop them from opening on their own. The room only had dial up, no ethernet ports. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the wifi worked well, but it didn't. I had to connect my phone to my computer to share hotspot, and every 5mins the wifi would kick me off. When I attempted to ask the woman at the front desk why it wasn't working, she gave me an attitude, acted like I just didn't understand WiFi, and stated that "Nobody else had complained yet but me".
So I essentially lost 3 days of work.
