Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was a single person, put in a very smelly room, told staff and was nothing they could do, said they would inform staff. Went for early breakfast that was included, form 7-9, there was only dry cereal with out dated milk and 5 slices of bread!! the bins for anything else were all empty, the waffle maker was hot but nothing to put in it, said something to the person at the counter but nothing was available!! Juice was cold, no tea or hot water available, was very disappointed, Next day asked to extend my stay as still needed to see family, no other room was available, this is when I found out that I was in a king smoking room, this is why it stunk so badly. The check in staff had never said this or I would not have taken the room, when I told him that it stunk he said nothing! They could not change my room and wanted to charge me the new rate of 120, when the rate I paid for the 1st 2 nights was only 63? argued with staff but ended up leaving and went to a nice clean hotel with pool and full breakfast for 85? what a joke, will never recommend this place, would actually like my money bacK
