They advertised room service. There is no room service. Ordered queso dip appetizer to my room. Waited 1.5 hours for it just to be told I had to come down from my room, walk all thecway to restaurant and retrieve food myself. Same with the rest of my dinner. Front desk continually gave me a run around instead of just telling me the restaurant had issues with my order. What a mess, I will never return to this establishment.

a group got into an altercation at 4am in the hallway outside our room no security response whatsoever. Limited dining options.

Floor I was on had random people knocking on doors and waking us at all hours of the morning... front desk was no help. Checked out a couple of days early due to an emergency back home and notified the front desk, where I was advised to contact booking agency of room to complete rembursement but on there end everything was accepted. Fast forward a week later and after multiple attempts to reconcile with Harrah's the manager was never returned any contact request regarding this matter.

16th Anniversary trip to KC
Great stay...16 year Anniversary. Harrahs was fantastic. Room was very nice. Staff very friendly snd helpful. I grew up in KC and it was a long time since I had been back. Lots of fun.

Outdated, casino was small, limited dining options (and to go order was even wrong). Asked for towels, never delivered. Have stayed at other properties within this chain,this definitely disappointed.
