I needed a last minute place to stay that was comfortable and quiet. The grassy area is nice with a lot of palm trees, pool and ocean facing chairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lock on my sliding glass door was broken. In Kauai you are rarely in your hotel room so this is a good, affordable choice. You can walk to a big grocery store and to a natural food store. Tiki tacos is nearby and delicious.

The location was good. While it is an older property, it was clean and comfortable. Free grab and go breakfasts were great and a big cost saver. While no gym, daily yoga classes were lovely

I booked for a week and had to ask to ask to move to a different room as soon as I got to the room because each strongly smelled of mildew. The staff was very helpful but I ended up staying in the 3rd place one night (since I had to pay for it) and then booked another location in the same area and had a wonderful vacation.

The pool and grounds were wonderful. Free continental breakfast - especially for fresh arrivals - was a hugely appreciated. The free bikes were also a terrific treat, especially as the oceanside bike path is just around the corner
