Overpriced, poor quality

Overpriced and poor quality for a Radisson Blu. There's cheaper alternatives nearby that are far better. For context I was in a superior room with runway view: - Air-con control panel had been damaged and was missing the temperature down button. Damage didn't look recent. Staff had clearly ignored it. - Moved a couple chairs in the room and found crisps and debris on the floor underneath. - The in-room mini bar had no price list, nor could you find it online. - Coffee supplied for the Nespresso machine was 7 decaf pods and one normal. I guess the staff wants us to calm down on the caffeine intake!

Brilliant hotel & ideal for T2 short walk. Restraunt was really good as well. Great check in & nothing to much trouble. Room was spacious we had runway view which was great.
