location for the arena is perfect but it is on a very busy road junction so expect road noise and emergency vehicles whizzing past with the sirens on as standard. There is no fridge in the room and very limited tea coffee etc. the room was fairly chilly and temperature went up to 24degs but very slowly and certainly didn’t feel like top temperature. We ate in the restaurant but staff didn’t give an itemised bill so we paid not knowing there was a discretionary service charge. Discretionary being the word here, we weren’t told of this so were given no choice. When staff asked he seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. We would always left a tip anyway but that’s not the point. It wasn’t up front and transparent. All in all a good stay for a reasonable prices and I absolutely acknowledge it’s going through a refurbishment at the moment which will no doubt improve some areas. I would stay here again however and very convenient for transport links, city centre and arena.

No complimentary water in the room, shower gel bottle empty, limited breakfast options. Stayed here a few times in the last 12 months as it's the closest hotel to my office. Over this period, they've clearly undertaken cost-cutting measures that negatively affects the quality of the guest's stay...the price, however, has increased.

I stayed for one night to meet old friends in Manchester. The hotel is easily walkable to the City Centre (10 mins). The room I stayed in was recently refurbished so clean and full of everything you need. Some refurbishments still ongoing at the time on the same floor but all quiet at night.

Overall good… position wins… within sight of Arena
Pro’s… Great modern hotel, perfectly positioned for AO arena. Cons… Fairly hard bed 2 thin pillows (not 4) on the double/king beds.

We stayed here as we attended an event at the AO Arena. The location could not have been better as it’s a stones throw away. Nice bar area, big clean rooms. Would come back.

Perfect hotel
Open air car park available nearby for vans and high sided vehicles. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and willing. Hotel isn’t too far from the AO arena where we were visiting
