Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Jean was wonderful serving and making delicious breakfasts. The hotel was lovely and clean but bedroom furniture is a bit dated. We would however stay again. The hotel is in a great position to be able to walk to the lake, town, parks etc.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were delicious and well presented. Room was comfortable. Loved our stay!

An amazing couple of days in the Lakes with our dog Lola who loves it there Made very welcome , food excellent ( big portions) and a great location to explore Keswick and surrounding area

The property was beautifully furnished spotlessly clean the room spacious bed very comfortable and breakfast 5 star the atmosphere was easy going and friendly but even better was Rika who looked after us, a ray of sunshine everyday you made our holiday and we will definitely be back x

Brilliant hotel food excellent

A beautiful location, very peaceful and a welcoming host who was very attentive. A lovely spacious bedroom, great bathroom. Breakfast was substantial and I enjoyed the short walk down to the lake, along with the gardens which added to the vibe, along with the hens! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
