There was one major issue that was annoying. The property said it was smoke free, but cigarette smoking was prevalent on the hotel balconies throughout out our stay. There was also many smoking pot. I would recommend staying there if smoking bothers you.

The views were beautiful. All around was a great place. Staff was so kind. Loved it. The shuttle was a nice touch andnit runs every hour.

We really loved the resort staff, but the pools and activities were also top notch. They were all so helpful and kind. Special shout out to the Tiki Hut folks, very welcoming and attentive. Heather, Alecia, Anela were the very best. I also must thank Felix for teaching my wife to dance the bachata and Jeffrey for driving us around all week. We almost got him to stop for rotisserie chicken after spending an exhausting evening at Fantasy Fest.

We enjoyed everything! Beautiful property, excellent staff! Great food and drinks! We enjoyed kayaking every morning around the mangroves! We also enjoyed having so many pool options as we could always find a quiet spot. We would highly recommend!

This property was amazing and they were on top of cleaning rooms daily! Staff were very friendly and the shuttle they offer into downtown key west is perfect. We had a great honeymoon at this location and we couldn’t say enough nice things about our shuttle driver Jeff! 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend!

Our room 3122B had a strong musty smell. I spent $70 on cleaning supplies to get the odor out. the. carpet was damp. otherwise, i highly recommend.

It was very peaceful and very clean. We loved the saltwater pools. But my favorite part of this hotel was the magnificent and endless balcony ocean view.

Really liked the rooms. They were nice and clean. Really big. Only saw manager 1 time the entire 7 days we were there. He told us there would be a pool attendant to take our orders out by the pool. We never saw a pool attendant. We ate in the restaurant multiple times. My burger was rare. We asked for well done. Sent it back. I had already cut it in half. They threw the burger back on the grill and added new cheese and sent it back out to me. Not what we asked for. Meals were pricey. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to and from the airport. We had to get an uber. A lot of charges added to our bill at the end of the stay, tourist fees, several different taxes, resort fees that we were not aware of. We had completely paid for our trip before we arrived. Ended up with a $1000 bill when we checked out.
