This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. Upgrades throughout the condo in Fall, 2020. It offers beautiful views from the private balcony. The extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a new flat screen smart TV above the beautiful gas fireplace and new tile "wood look" flooring. There is a wireless DVD player and a small selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The cozy furniture provides seating for everyone, as well as a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and chair. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. You will also find Murphy bed, with a new mattress, that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living room is access to the private balcony that offers treed and mountain views. You can even see the hiking and biking trail that runs throughout the entire resort.

The full-sized kitchen has new granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five with a small table and breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and offers a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. It has Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In the closet the owner has provided a Pack 'n Play for guest use.

Great location, spacious
Great location, close to restaurants and shops. spacious and clean. Nice pool, hot tubs and steam room. Pool table and checkers is great for kids. Short walk to the gondola, though the walk is around a new building under construction. Communication for early checking could be improved. Would rent again.

Beautiful fall stay
We had a nice trip to Keystone. The condo was clean and as described. The balcony view with the fall leaves was beautiful. There was construction near by that caused some path closures and many local shops were not open at this time. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the room we had. We had a problem with the parking garage, not being able to get in and having terrible fumes from the repainting they were doing. There is reconstruction being performed south of the property making it very inconvenient to get in and out. Two of our grandchildren got fiberglass burns on the slide of the pool because there was not enough of water going down the chute. They are both being medically treated. We like the access through a key code to our room and the parking garage, Although the parking garage key code did not work every time.

Wonderful Condo!
Enjoyed everything about the condo! The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The kid play area, pool table and checkers table were also enjoyed by our family. The location will be even better when the construction is complete and the bridge to the town can be used again.

Great ski vacation with a few surprises
Our unit was very comfortable and clean. It is great to be so close to walk to the gondola but we were surprised to not have heard about the major construction project next door. All matters were handled well when we called for questions or maintenance help. the kids loved the pool!

Just as advertised. Very nice place, even the Murphy bed is comfortable. During your stay you get a locker that fits 2 pair of skis & boots. I would recommend paying $7 a night by the Gondola to store your skis. The pool, hottub & steam room are awesome. On-site there is a small video room with recliners, pool table . The walk to river run is close.

We had a great time exploring Keystone. The unit was clean and furniture was comfortable. Exactly as pictured! The kids had a blast at the pool area and we had fun at Oktoberfest. We look forward to another stay!

Family of 6 and everyone had a blast. Great location for multiple summer events with a lot of them being free. I will echo other reviews of check in time. 1pm check in would be nice since all shops in village close at 6.

Area is beautiful. Condo wasn't as clean or stocked like normal. When mgmt company text asking how it was, I felt awkward. They didn't read my message or offer assistance or apologize. If I wanted resolution of understaffed supplies, I had to come to them. Also told code worked all day, even if last. Well we got locked out. Not our best stay, we stay 3-5 a year.

We had a great stay at this unit. You can't get any closer to the lift. The unit was very comfortable for 2 of us. Could do 4 here with the Murphy bed. Any more and I think it would be too tight. There were a couple things that were not 100% clean when we got there but all in all it was a great experience.

Great unit and location
The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The king bed was comfy for my husband and I, and the full/queen size sleeper sofa and full/queen size Murphy bed for my 3 kids 10 and under we’re just right. The floor from the entrance to the windows in the living areas is wood colored tiles. The bedroom is carpet. The unit has been updated with white stone countertops on the kitchen countertops, barstools and a small table. Probably could have used a bigger dining table. I liked having a kitchen as we cooked small easy meals for most of our stay. The bathrooms were clean, the shower pressure was good. The bathtub in the bedroom though did not drain well. The location is fantastic with just minutes of walking to the river run gondola and the river run village. All the stores and restaurants in the village were open but closed by 8 except for the bars. The outdoor pool was heated-ish and the two hot tubs were warm. As we stayed over a federal holiday weekend, it was crowded at all times though. There were some unruly kids throwing dirty snow down the hot tub and pushing little kids down the slide and there’s no supervision at the pool area. Besides that, would definitely stay in this unit again.
