Weekend Getaway
We stayed for one night, 3 adults, and one teenager. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the closeness to the Village. Also the under ground parking was an unexpected bonus! We will be returning soon😊

Great Keystone - River Run Condo
We have stayed in this Keystone condo located in River Run twice. Both stays were over Father's Day weekend. This is a ground floor unit with easy access for the kids to get in the pool and adults in the hot tub. The parking garage is climate controlled and there are plenty of convenient spots, even for our huge Hummer! River Run Village is quiet in the summer, but most of the restaurants are open. Be sure to check out Lime for the best tacos and margaritas in Summit County!

Perfect family ski vacation with small children!
This condo was so conveniently located in every way for our family vacation. We could walk to the lifts, to shops and restaurants in the village, and to pick up our ski rentals. There was no need for our car once we were there. We really appreciated having a first floor unit that opens directly to the pool and hot tub -- our 5 and 7 year old girls wanted to swim every day and this made it super convenient! Additionally, the parking garage is easy to access as well as the ski lockers -- everything starting with check-in and throughout our stay was just easier than most vacations we have taken. Beds are comfortable and the full size bunk beds were a nice touch for families traveling with kids. Furniture is a bit large for the space and may need a refresh, but for the price we paid, we feel like we got the best deal. The unit is well-equipped and in great condition!

Perfect Ski getwaway!
Loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the lift and restaurants. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids (11 and 13). Just a short walk to the gondola and restaurants, and next to the ice rink! We enjoyed the hot tub, and loved being on the 1st floor of the unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Weekend Wonder
This property was absolutely gorgeous! The amenities both at Expedition Station and within this rental property were top notch! Location, location, location! situated just inside River Run … within walking distance to EVERYTHING to include the Gondola!. We will book this property again in the very near future. My family had a truly wonderful experience in Keystone and enjoyed the comfort of this unit. It's a must do!

Great Condo in Expedition Station
We stayed here mid-November 2021 and our first ski trip of the year. The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed for the 5 of us. Plenty of room and everything was clean and in working order. You can't beat the location of Expedition Station when it comes to skiing at Keystone. The pool and hot tub are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes and the below ground parking is awesome for keeping your vehicle out of the elements. We would definitely stay here again on future trips out to Summit county.

Perfect for ski vacay
Small unit with just the right space for a family of 4. Kitchens well stocked. Beds were really comfy. Ski locker super convenient. First floor unit with easy access to pool. But pool and hot tub were always filled with families and kids. Po was not too safe for the Covid pandemic; but in different times, would have been great.

Perfection in every aspect.
From the moment we made the reservation, through the entire stay and checking out it was just perfect. Everything was faultless. The property management company was excellent. The unit was perfect - looking in on a courtyard with heated pool and hot tub. The unit contained everything you need for a week’s stay. It’s 3 mins walk to the lift / gondola. Heated basement parking lot was very useful. Emptied the contents of the car onto a luggage trolley and we were settled in. Internet was great. Beds comfy. Everything super clean. I would recommend this unit.

Number of Sleeping beds not accurate
In online listing it says that property sleeps up to 8 people. That is impossible even if you place 2 people on each of 3 beds... I was hoping that couch in living room is pull-out sleeping sofa but it was not... I’ve been in other properties like that in River Run Village, online listing was more accurate.

Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. This is our second time to this building and this unit was a much better experience. Didn’t experience any of the issues that other guest had complained about. I will definitely look for this unit on our next trip to Keystone.

Everything was as advertised. Property managers responded extremely quickly to small issue (in the middle of the night). Access to pool and snow for kids from patio was great. (only downfall of being close to pool is that it stayed extremely loud at night but management shuts down pool right at 10pm). One other suggestion is to put up better blinds because light shines in bedrooms pretty bright. Otherwise, easy check in, easy ski storage, great location. Made for a wonderful Christmas!
