Our farm is the place to stay for when you want to escape! We have thought of everything so once you arrive, all you need to do is relax and have fun!
Our farmhouse is located on 130 acres. Greeted by sweeping verandahs, our immaculately presented main house farm comprises of 4 bedrooms, master with en-suite and WIR, bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all with BIRs. Family bathroom and laundry, large open plan kitchen and meals area with solid wood fire, adjacent to the sunlit formal lounge and dining. The whole house has ducted heating and refrigerated cooling throughout.
Private unit attached to the house is also available to guests if you would like to accomodate for 9 or more guests or provide a seperate zone for part of your guests. The unit comprises of one bedroom with open plan kitchen/living area and bathroom incorporated into the bedroom. The unit has heating and cooling available. To include the unit in booking, you will need to book for 10 guests so the price of $150 extra per night is incorporated (the unit will not be accessible during your stay otherwise). Please advise if 10 guests will not be staying during your stay and you have only made booking of 10 to have access to both houses.
Part of the beauty of being at our farm is having 130 acres to yourself! Enjoy a swim in the pool, light up the fireplace, observe the livestock. The list is never ending, there is so much on offer here!

Kilmore is located approximately within a 10 minute appro drive from the property. Sydney street provides many retail shops, grocery shops, dining and entertainment.
Kilmore is home to the famous Kilmore racecourse and scenic golf course. Be sure to visit any or both if you have the time.
If attractions is your thing, Victoria's oldest inland town, Kilmore features a collection of historic buildings and entertainment for you to view and enjoy. These include;

Some notes regarding the farm:
We have a very strict no party policy. Breaking of the rule will result in immediate termination of booking with no refund provided for remaining stay.
The pool is not heated.
We provide a charcoal barbecue for use but ask guests to bring along own charcoal if they would like to use the Webber. Gas bbq is also available.
The mainhouse has ducted heating and refrigerated cooling throughout.
There is good coverage of mobile reception and NBN wifi connection is available for use.
Smart TV is available.
A barrel of wood is supplied for check-in at no cost. Top up fees do apply if more wood is required.
Only smaller pets and selective type of pets/breeds are allowed to the farm. We do not have an outdoor gated off section for dogs and all dogs must be on a leash when outdoors to protect our livestock. Please discuss any pets you have that you would like to bring along prior to booking to check if we would allow your pet to stay. It is the responsibility of pet owners to clean up after own pets.
