Everything was great from the moment we arrived, staff took our bags, parked our car, no queue at reception. The whole check in experience was seamless and the hotel and our room was spotless. The staff were simply superb and so welcoming and friendly. The 5 course dinner in the hotel was delicious.

Great stay for our Wedding Anniversary. Lovely quiet hotel and very assertive and friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast with plenty to choose from. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.

We stayed one night for my husband’s birthday. It was our first ever visit, and we will certainly come back! The hotel is old and grand, and in excellent condition. We sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed tea and scones. We then moved to the spa and the outdoor jacuzzi and watched the sun set, before heading to dinner in the Cellar Bar. The food was lovely, service was great, and we had a gorgeous breakfast before heading on into enniskillen for a boat cruise along the Lough.

The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best.
