The staff was very nice! There was only one ice machine that worked, one of the elevators was very loud and annoying! Our shower head was spraying all over the place! We came here for a wedding and all did go well overall.

Staff was friendly! Overall, it was a good stay, it treated us well for the one night we stayed. Though, the bed was very very firm and not very comfortable, it got the job done for one night. I do feel like the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, it didn’t feel like it was up to Four Points standards but it was fine.. I do appreciate that there was free personal care items offered to me when I went down to the front desk after realizing that I had forgotten something at home. Besides the uncomfortable bed and not so clean bathroom, it was a good stay!
