This property is in major need if repair. Room 217 has holes in the wall and curtains. The bathroom wall needs painted and the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall. The tub has paint that is pealing off. The heat and ac unit does not work at all and only blows out cold air. There is mold spots on the ceiling above the sink. The pillows are flat and stains on the bedding. The security latch on the door is falling off the door.

The only good thing is they are pet friendly. The rooms arent clean AT ALL. Trash on the desk as soon as we walked into the room. Other peoples hair and soap bar/scum in the bathtub, dropped my washcloth besode the tub and brown/green residue was on it when i picked it up looked at the baseboards and see the only kinds clean spot where the cloth fell. BOOGERS all over.walls, lamp shades, curtains. Hair and other fuzzy bits found in "clean" made beds.when asked if they had some cleaning rags or papertowels because my infant got sick they told me i can use the 1ply toilet paper in my room to clean vomit. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I did take one of the last rooms that day so i won't drop the rating much. My only complaint is that the heater in my room took about 5 hours to get the temperature up when it was very cold to start. I was out in the cold for a few hours waiting for a tow truck before I got the room so it was difficult. However, it did finally warm the room up, abs the blankets were able to keep me ok until it did. Everything else was fine.

Clean but need work.

While the motel is clean, it is old and several things broken in the room. Bathroom is extremely tiny and needs updated. Pictures are deceiving!! Breakfast was 2 kids of cereal, stale granola bars, muffins and typical drinks. Outdoor entrance with some sketchy people staying there and noisy at night. Couldn’t get comfortable temperature in the room. Definitely not for a family. Staff was very courteous. Just felt uneasy the whole time I was there.

The front desk was advertised as 24hr open. We were not prepared for the check in to be confusing, despondent and the language barrier or judgemental attitude of the clerk to be difficult as it was. I repeatedly said I Iwould pay a deposit but the clerk refused me the prepaid room to me. This left us, myself a disabled gma with 4 autoimmune and entirely herniated spine as well as, my 5 yo grandson without lodging at 12:45 am. We could have driven to our final destination in Chattanooga or find a room last minute in the middle of the night. We were extremely upset by this experience, our first using Expedia. And saddened that ultimately I paid over double planned budget for that nights lodging. Without the help of Expedia.
