Safety of Card Key
Service was great. 10 minutes within our stay, someone opened our room door wearing a Volunteers T-shirt. The women looked at us and apologized however, we did not know if the person was room service, as the person did not knock and announced who they are or if the person’s card key to her hotel room was compatible to the room my family and I was staying out at. My children felt scared and thought about our safety if in fact that wasn’t an employee and actual another hotel guess. I feel housekeeping need to announce their presence in the event another hotel guest’s card key works for another room, front desk can immediately fix the problem.

Great stay in Knoxville
Starting from check-in and right through checking out, it was a great stay. I would say the customer service was the best part and was better than most anywhere in recent years. Elijah at the front desk at check-in could not have been nicer, more efficient or more professional. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful, even though we requested no service. Twice they stopped me in the hall and asked if we needed anything and seemed disappointed that we didn’t. The breakfast staff were very efficient, ensuring complete cleanliness and hot food. Breakfast was delicious, too! The room was comfortable, and I found the shower to be what I would build for my own. The location was convenient for both of us (he was there for business, I was not) and close to everything. Definitely will stay here again if we find ourselves in the Knoxville area.

Dirty sheets in first room
Ended up having to stay on the ground floor with the parking lot lights shining in my window unfortunately. My first room was clean but the bed sheet were dirty and had stains/grainy stuff in them. I asked to have the sheets changed but I guess nobody was on site that could do that so they changed my room which was a bummer because I was already unpacked and it was 11pm. Next room was fine.

Tim, greeted us with a smile and a very friendly attitude. Informed us of the times and types of amenities of the hotel. Room was very nice, although the USB ports on the lamp was broken, but not an issue, there were plenty of other plugs. Awesome stay, and we will stay here again when in the area. Thank you.

I had a late night check-in (almost 1:00am), I was very tired, when I unpacked everything, including equipment, I realized there was some pubic hairs, and stains on the nightstand, I didn't want to move to another room, the mirror was greasy, it's ok, I cleaned everything, I had to go down and ask for cleaning products, I wasn't going to pack everything and move again to other room. The mattresses were depleted and very uncomfortable, (I tried changing the beds, but booth need to be flipped or replaced) there was two pillows that smelled extremely rancid, when I came down to get the cleaning products, I asked the front desk staff (after my check in). And next morning, very early I asked for an extra comforter and the tall lady with ponytail did not send it up, I was still cold, even with the room's AC turned off, so I had to approach the cleaning staff and get one myself. The location is extremely dangerous, I had to cut my trip short, I was pursued by two different guys on the same street as the hotel, during my stay, and I did NOT know that north Knoxville gotten so bad. I couldn't even cross the street to grab a bite, or even Cracker Barrel that was super close by, and I wasn't ordering an Uber to go 0.6 miles to eat there. To top it off, a group of other guys at the hotel told me they were robbed with there in front of Red Lobster, and they had to run back to the hotel. The gym smelled really bad, and the pool outdoors faces the highway, and you CANNOT rest, or work on t
