Book Konan hotels

Everything was great, but the only hangup is the laundry service where you have to bring your bag of dirty laundry down to the reception for cleaning and pick it up from there as well. Found it very strange as I’ve never had to do this is any hotel I’ve ever stayed in worldwide!

Great hotel that is close to Nagoya station. Clean, stylish and good service.

I left my luggage with the reception when I had to make a 2-day trip to Tokyo. When I returned to Nagoya and checked in again, the staff used their initiative to transfer my luggage to my newly assigned room. This was much appreciated because I checked in near midnight and was carrying some luggage from my Tokyo trip.

Excellent customer service. All staff is very attentive and helpful, all with a smile and professional. Room is large compared to other hotels in Japan.
