Staff were very nice. Pools are very small and shut too early Jacuzzi in the room had a lot of dirt come out when switched on. Pipes needed cleaning. Breakfast was very average

Great location, reception staff very helpful. My only minor complaint is the pool could do with a few more sun beds, but otherwise a really nice hotel and if you get the pool view it’s very peaceful.

The WiFi and television was very poor, because there was a very small selection of channels, no Russian channels at all. Everything else at this hotel is good.

Clean, big size bed. Unique red colour pool. Small gym. Went for breakfast at the hotel cafe one of the mornings, 250 baht spread ok. Nearby got convenient stores, massage n restaurants. Walk 5 minutes to Aonang night market and walking street.

Very brief overnight stay. What a nice surprise! Very clean and tidy facilities. All the staff were outstandly helpful, polite and willing. An easy walk to the main street and the beach. Free Minibar was a pleasant surprise too.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Room was clean. Well maintained properties. Very considerate housekeepers. Don't expect much on the complimentary snacks at common area, it's just very simple tid-bits. Room minibar snacks was replenished daily. Includes instant noodles, soft drinks and some local chips. Breakfast starts from 7am. The tour operator in the hotel charge extremely high prices. Book your tours through Klook in advanced for better deals. Airport transfer was THB600 per way (reasonable price, but it's a VAN). You can get cheaper options through Klook (but just normal sedan car not van).

The staff were super friendly. The room was huge with a massive bed. The bathroom was huge too. I would recommend this hotel to people staying in the area. It's 5 minute walk to one beach but 10 minutes down the hill towards Ao Nang beach with transport to other islands. The night markets were close by too with lots on offer.

below expectation
The room is full of ants crawling on the table. Gosh. I returned by filthily beach stuff to the staff at a room near the pool and the staff detained me for a long time (when I was at rush to the airport) before they could finally find that another staff took those stuff away for cleaning. Poor communication. Location is close to the doggy Ao Nang night market. I would prefer to walk along the main street along the beach.
