The resort was okay on the outside, but our room was not particularly well maintained; The doors onto the patio could not be locked at all. The vanity basin in the bathroom wasn't attached to the vanity top at all at one end. The grouting around the bath looked like a monkey had done it (albeit a reasonably clever monkey). The TV had poor reception with interference lines through the picture, despite fruitless efforts by staff to remedy it. The bed linen didn't fit the bed properly. There was often a faint smell of sewerage in the bathroom. The pool was nice, and was kept very clean. However, there were only a few sun loungers available around the pool due to space constraints. The staff were all very friendly, and we couldn't find fault with them. We thought that a resort under the Best Western umbrella would have been maintained to a higher standard. Despite these issues, we still felt that the resort offered average value for money, as breakfast was included in the room rate.

Pulling up business after Covid is not easy, but the whole team displayed commitment in doing so. We could tell that from their great customer service and professionalism. Special shout out to the GM Ivan, also Mr. Pande and Ms. Satya who constantly sought for feedback from customers and we’d seen instant changes and improvements during the several day stay. Thank you!

Property photos are different from what is shown online. There were mosquitoes in the room. Bed sheets were not clean, there were stains on the sofas, etc. Didn’t look into bathroom. We just checked-in, searched for another hotel and checked-out within an hour. The staff was polite and courteous thought.

For the price, staff, room, property - I can't fault this hotel. Was given a massive room and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or functional. I particularly liked the breakfast and pool area. But for the price this package represents massive value.

What a disappointing hotel. Staff were less than friendly and helpful. Sheets in 3 or of the 4 rooms were dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned in one bedroom. Was told breakfast was going to cost 75k every morning upon arriving for first breakfast was tired to be charge 10k staff member was argumentative and then food was not restocked on the buffet. Stayed one nbight and left. Would never stay again or recomend this place

Rain water as leaking in the middle of the night. I Asked the reception people to change my room .Initially they said can u adjust for this night and they will change the room.I said no then they give me another room in the third floor no one supported to carry my things it was 5 bags I carry myself. Then I accidentally booked for six days they only cleaned my room once.very bad WiFi I compliant 4 times no response. Pool is good. Breakfast is good. Rest was atrocious. I won't recommend for any one.

Horrible experience. Overall my holiday is spoiled because of my stay here. Do not recommend to any even if it's a last options. Hotel receptionist are not friendly, not helpful and rude to customer. Don't be surprised if the receptionist yelled or scream at you. Basically they will not look into your request if you do not ring them more thn 5 or 6 times. They provide dirty towels in room and some room don't even have towels. Upon requesting no one even turn up, unless you are willing to walk to the receptionist. Aircond is not working!! Horrible breakfast! Overall it is nightmare!! Do not get impressed with the pictures posted. You will regret choosing this hotel!!!!!

Friendly and warm staff service and clean room.Breakfast wasnt that delicious. Room was spacious but a pity aircon was not directed directly facing our bed. Which makes our room quite warm.
