The bed was uncomfortable and the Brazilian restaurant wasn’t good. Not sure if it was just the bed in our room. Overall the rest of the experience was good. The staff were friendly and outgoing and the pool entertainment and pool staff were great. I’d recommend this resort.

I did not like the fact that wherever you want to get a reservation for, they tell you that is next to impossible to get a reservation for such restaurant. It seems to me that they want to force people into going to the buffet and everyone paid top dollar in order to have a choice of food.

The resort offers 4 restaurants plus the buffet, it is hard to get a reservation for the restaurants, it is just two restaurants per service every night, when you try to reserve, the staff says there is not availability, but when you go to the restaurants on your own it is practically empty, it looks like the resort is not interested in people eating at the restaurant, just available to use the buffet , and the reservation manager in charge, after you make complaint because nothing is available she makes you believe that she finally got one space for you, when you get to the restaurant there is not reservation under your name which makes it harder for you to get in, even looking at an empty restaurant, I believe is an internal order no to have a la cart restaurants available for the guest. The staff in general are very king and hard working people.

The main reason for me returning is the staff at this hotel. I have never seen such devoted, friendly and hardworking people such as the staff in this hotel. My wife and I loved them so much, that we will definitely return just to see them. One manager in specific went out of his ways to make our stay pleasant. (Thank you Humberto Dejesus) Thanks to all the entertainment staff for a wonderful time.

Everyone speaks English. Everyone is friendly and wants your stay to be excellent. If you love seafood this is the place to stay. However i am allergic so had limited options that was safe for me. On weekends it does get loud with people who are only staying the weekend. I still would recommend this hotel and would come back.
