Sweaty in Kings Cross
A well maintained and renovated heritage property. Lack of air conditioning was fairly severe in the heat of December - ventilation is unimproved beyond a single window and fans were not very effective. We purchased an extension cord ourselves to get the floor base fan over by the window.

The place is like home away from home. Room is nice, bed is comfy. Very convenient location. Train station (Kings Cross Station is only 5 minutes by foot). If you commute by bus from CBD, the stop is literally few steps away from the hotel. I would see myself coming back to stay.

It was hard to find at arrival - than was it unable to get in as the lock dosnt work. Room in 2.nd floor wthout evelator - so only walking up in a more than tiny stairway. the room was poor - OLD and tried to renovatetd but not realy work.hard to contact for help. sorry no more

Had a great stay. After an initial hiccough with the booking system not sending us a code, everything was smooth. Great location, clean and comfy room. Shared bathrooms were clean and having two on the level meant there was always at least 1 available. Would definitely return!

Perfect lodge
The lodge is perfect for those looking to stay in a great spot in Sydney without breaking the bank. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as well as having excellent quality modern amenities. The shared bathroom facilities are also well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and make themselves available either in person or over text to help with whatever you need. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sydney.

We had a lovely stay at Bayswater Boutique Lodge. I could not recommend it more for a comfortable and cost effective stay in the Rushcutters Bay/ Potts Point vicinity. It is comfortable, safe and cozy.

The area is convenient. The remote control of everything is less ideal and the bossy communication is unwelcoming. I suppose if one is initiated then it's fine but the general reception is not welcoming. The carpets could do with an upgrade.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bayswater Boutique Lodge during my solo trip! They were quick to communicate and easily allowed me to obtain an early check in time. The property was quiet and house keeping was available daily. I especially enjoyed the balcony attached to my room. Lots of food options easily walkable in the area and a bus stop right outside as well. I would definitely recommend!
