Very nice clean and spacious room. Rest is downhill. Very uncomfortable bed. Worst part of stay was the horrible sewer smell, which clerk stated happens twice a year from local brewery????

Parking is not guaranteed and there is not enough of it for the size of the property. The breakfast bar wasn’t properly staffed and food ran out and dishes piled up. Housekeeping put dirty towels and bedding in the hallway and never picked them up. (They were there the entire weekend). The property wasn’t up to usual Hilton standards.

Great location in downtown LaCrosse just a 5 minute walk to great dining, the Pearl Ice Cream shop, and the river walk. We would definitely stay again.

So disappointed absolutely the hottest yesterday and today and advisory if extreme heat and the pool was open and was disgusting. You could see dirt and a film on water. Wasn’t even flowing was still and not clear water. Nasty. That was part of reason staying there. I have my Hilton card and have never been more upset with my stay.
