There is no restaurant or room service as advertised on Expedia site. The only dining is a 10 minute walk. Other than the private pool there is no other attraction to this place. Nothing to do in the vacinity.

Place and views is good. So quiet and romantic place with own swimming pool. Room is clean and bed was comfortable. Surrounding area looks little weird. I don't like to go walk there anymore.

Loved this property; had a spacious room and wonderful soaking tub. The private pool was very nice and clean. The breakfast in the mornings was by far the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and the staff was super accommodating. They helped us arrange taxis, activities, and gave great recommendations for food. My only warning for this place!!!! They do not accept card!!! And they do not have an ATM. There is one a short ride away but my partner and I were unprepared to withdraw money from it for payment as we had lost the debit card we brought with us for the ATMs.

The bathroom at this hotel was the nicest we had while in the Philippines. The pool in the back was a perfect little salt water pool. There was no other access to the water or beach. The resort was quiet and nice. The breakfast was a set menu with more than enough food and quite the variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the privacy of this hotel. We loved soaking into the private pool after our day tours. They also have bathtub which is big enough for two. This resort is great for couple who enjoys quality time. The staff are amazing, They made sure we are comfortable and help us in so many ways. I would personally thank Ms. Elena for assisting me in booking the tours. The staff is very accommodating . We have early tours so they made our breakfast early so we are fed before we head out for the day. The room is not modern but we are happy with it. Bed is comfortable. The safe is small but you can leave big stuff to the front desk. The bathroom sink is not very comfortable to use - not enough space. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxing place to stay after a busy day.

The noise from the repairs being done at the time of stay disrupted our sleep. No advance notice was given. When we complained, that's the only time they stopped. A lot of mosquitoes, flies and ants. Pool needs cleaning. Poor internet connection. A little expensive for the limited services offered. Hotel staff are nice though....

Very good up untill we checked out found out they dont have eftpos machine... had to get taxi in to town to atm machine to withdraw cash to pay... wish we had been informed when i booked so we could have bring more cash with us... and 100p for call out fee on taxi on top of metre price...all was very inconvenienced bit overall very happy with stay and hotel staff untill check out.!!... food and massage very expensive.!!..

Hotel Staff was excellent, it was the room particulars that were somewhat disappointing given the price point. Windows without the adjustment cords, broken flooring, TV is not digital (not flatscreen, no USB or HDMI), some bathroom parts were hastily repaired, bottom of the sink was a wooden box painted black, door to private pool was a plastic door Parts of the hotel were under construction in plain sight. There'san unfinished deck in front of the lobby. Construction noises at different parts of the day

It was a great place to stay in for a romantic time. We went down the road and found a great live band for dinner. It is close to the shops

Well.. I pick this place for remote location, but it was too remote. TV signal was bad, wifi wasn't working, no hot water, taxi service takes 20 mins to come to the resort ... i don't think i will go to this place again.

Beautiful resort, amazing private pool
This hotel was absolutely brilliant. The service was wonderful and the breakfast very good and complete. Only downsides are the difficulties of getting a taxi once you are there and the lack of WiFi/ low cellular signal inside of rooms. If you must have WiFi, make sure you get a room close to lobby, otherwise have a Globe hotspot device ready. Also suggest having your own vehicle if you stay here or a taxi driver's # that works in Lapu Lapu. It's very secluded out here and the taxis don't like to come, although the front desk will call one for you but it will take a long time. The pool is brilliant, although like a lot of the property, it could use some paint and maintenance. Overall great experience for us still and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A family holiday mixed with some business. Wife and daughter loved the privacy of the private pool while I was off flying. There's no food other than breakfast, but it turned out many places deliver, and restaurants are not far away. Wifi was good throughout the resort :)

BAD ACCOMODATION
To be honest I won't go back here in Alfheim unless they will renovate their whole resort because it so dull and it is not comfy as I expected. Should have a kitchen too with seafood and other cuisines instead of going out for food because it is stated that it is for Honeymoon Villa why is there no service for food. It is a necessity in your stay and if it's too late already and you won't go out.

Anniversary getaway!
We celebrated our anniversary with a getaway! We choose Alfheim and we were very satisfied with the resort. Our ferry arrived late, but had no problem finding the resort. We checked in they served us a delicious mango drinks that set a mood. The service was perfect and they recommended a nearby resto for a good late night dinner at GG Blue. In the morning it was a beautiful view from our room of the cove and private pool. He had a very good breakfast that was included. During the day we swam in our private pool and vegged out on our mini bar. We had a wonderful time and will plan another stay there at some point!
