Lift was out so stairs were only option. Staff assisted with bags so not so bad. Otherwise property and staff were wonderful!
This hotel was expensive but lovely. The food was excellent. The staff very helpful. The only thing that wasn’t good was the lift didn’t function. The gardens were exquisite and this is a wedding venue.
The lift was broken but the staff was great about taking the luggage up to the third floor.
What I really did not like was that it advertised as having AC, however upon check in we were informed that in fact they did not have AC or fans and we spend an expensive, hot stuffy uncomfortable night
Not too much to say that's enlightening. Run of the mill hotel. Muggy and damp feeling with terrible draft odors and sounds with other floor plumbing running next to the bed in a makeshift cabinet/hiding wall. Traffic was loud and even with the small windows not much air flow to be had. Travel cot provided did not have a mattress so it didn't get used. Kind sized bed was two hard mattresses pushed against each other.

Fantastic reception staff with quick and efficient check in .beautiful room with good shower. Free parking right in front of the hotel . All staff very friendly and professional. Thought the restaurant food and bar prices were wat to expensive tbh.

We stayed 3 nights and loved the view from our room. The hotel is beautiful however the service received from the reception staff was minimal. On three occasions I needed to speak to the reception staff but they were nowhere to be found. I had to go to another area of the hotel to get some help. That was disappointing but the rest of the staff were very diligent.
Beautiful and comfortable hotel and a perfect base for visiting the Antrim Coast. The staff (particularly Catherine) were fantastic. We had an issue with the radiator in our room and we were given an upgrade to compensate, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended 😊
Lovey atmosphere, very friendly and efficient. Bed was soo comfortable and the linen was superb quality. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the meal was fabulous. Couldn’t fault anything x
It was our first time going away with our new addition to our family, our little newborn baby boy, to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel were fantastic, really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make it comfortable and so easy to be away from home!
