I’ve used Alexis Park Suites property around 6 or 7 times in the past 12-16 months. My first stay was my best experience, and I’ve had a couple of “rocky-experiences” recently. I’m not sure I’ll return to A.P.S. On my next stay. There are at least 3-4 like-priced options within 4-6 blocks of this property. That includes locations u used to frequent. So I’m considering giving others my business. I think I’ve only continued booking here because I was giving them the opportunity to secure my business moving forward. I would add that my impression at check in, is that I’m like a new client every time I’m here. They have no clue, or don’t acknowledge my return to the property in any way. I have many hours of Forbes service training, other systems as well, and this staff could use some training. I don’t even work in this industry, and I’ll bet that I alone have more service standard training hours than the entire staff of A.P.S. It’s too bad really. Perhaps they are too focused on trying to also have entertainment on site? Who knows. I do work in the entertainment industry, and I’d guess that the entertainment driven liquor sales is someone’s focus. Drop the distraction, charge an extra $10 a night and get your staff some training standards.

Right next to the airport so it was extremely loud! Rooms are old and out dated but they were clean and the air conditioner was loud. Theres no elevator if your on top floor. The location is good, close to the strip but I wouldn't stay there again.

The place was amazing! I was expecting it to be small, but it was a decent size! Also, the doors close fine and there isn’t an ‘animal’ smell. At least not the building I stayed in. Check in was fast and easy!

The rooms are okay, in need of an update for sure as the bathroom toilet in our room kept sliding off and the sink was already clogged when we arrived. This is a nice quiet place off the strip but great walking distance which was nice. Main pool was closed as there was no lifeguard which was odd since it was the same depth as the other pools. We did find it off that the snack shop had terrible hours though and if you want room service, you have to download a GrubHub app to get service delivered to your room and the restaurant wasn't even listed.
