This was a horrible experience. Beer bottles, trash, half eaten chicken wings and shoes in the elevator. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were musty and carpet filthy.

Property was dirty and staff unprofessional. I wanted to pay with my corporate c/c with the name of the company on it and I had proof that I work for the company. Refused to accept and didn't take cash. She cancelled my reservation and billed my card for a cancellation of 50.00 when it wasn't my fault.

Terrifying Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs I booked a room here for some of my crew after a long drive from Anaheim, expecting them to get a decent night's rest before work the next day. Upon arrival, they were checked in and went to their room, only to find three other individuals already occupying it. These individuals were not only unwelcoming but also appeared threatening. The room itself was filthy, with trash scattered everywhere. Things escalated quickly when my crew felt genuinely in danger as threats of violence were made. Imagine the fear of entering a room where the occupants could potentially harm you, or waking someone up in the middle of the night, only for a violent encounter to occur. Given the circumstances, my crew decided to leave immediately and spent the night in their truck instead, as it was safer than staying at this hotel. Despite the dangerous situation, I was denied a refund after lodging a complaint. This place is not only unsanitary but extremely unsafe. I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to reconsider. It should be shut down for the safety of future guests.

Very outdated, room had several issues. Service was poor. There is no fridge or microwave, water pressure in the shower is low. There was smell of smoke in a non smoking room. Would not recommend for a family.

1. Hotel Reservation Misrepresentation: On October 19, 2024, I booked a reservation at Whisky Pete's through Expedia. The reservation clearly stated that no resort fees were to be charged. However, upon checking in, I was asked to pay resort fees and an additional guarantee, which contradicted the information provided at the time of booking. 2. Reception Staff Unavailability at Whisky Pete's: Upon my arrival at Whisky Pete's on October 20, 2024, around 8:36 PM, after a long and exhausting trip with all of my baggage, I found no staff available at the reception desk. I waited for nearly an hour with no assistance. This was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. 3. Unhelpful and Rude Staff Interaction: When I sought assistance from the "token sales" window, I was treated rudely by one of your staff members, who informed me, without any courtesy, that I needed to go to Buffalo Bill's for registration. There were no signs at the Whisky Pete’s registration desk indicating this, and when I inquired about the lack of signage, the staff member rudely told me to "read the sign," showing an utter lack of professionalism. 4. Unpleasant Check-In at Buffalo Bill’s: When I arrived at Buffalo Bill’s, I explained my situation and my frustration at having waited so long at Whisky Pete’s without any help. The receptionist, a woman named "Chery," responded rudely and demanded my ID and credit card without so much as an apology for the inconvenience I had faced. When I asked why there was no ac
