It was kinda like a Ghost Town. Quiet and slow. I wasn’t impressed at all. I use to go alot then Covid hit and it went downhill

I asked the front desk manager Brian for a refund on our stay. He reviewed the issues with the room and agreed to refund. He asked that I contact Expedia and that you would approve and send an email to him. His name is Brian.

Nasty...Mold...Didn’t change sheets prior to check in...I found hair on my pillows...Hair in the bathtub. Partially cleaned bathtub. Deserted Hotel...I see why!

The hotel was out dated but clean. Smelled horribly of Marijuana. The casino was dirty with slow service. The bar made the worst drinks I've ever had. Over charged for undrinkable cocktails

First room unclean but second was better
Checkin was quick but got to room and the bed was made but the sheets were unwashed, clearly slept in. There were pistachio nuts on the night stand and on the floor. Room seemed generally unclean. Went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room which was better but the ac unit kept kicking on and kicking off all night which disrupted sleep. Shower was dated and in need of update
