The place was basically almost completely shut down I guess it's because it's the off-season but my kids weren't able to use the pool or the supposed arcade or anything. Not only that but the lady that checked us in was terrible. She was soo rude and wouldn't answer any of our questions. She made it seem like we were a problem just being there. My daughter had to use the bathroom while we were checking in and the lady wouldn't even direct us to the bathroom which we later found was basically right around the corner. She wouldn't tell us were our room was even when we asked. There was a map of the hotel there so we asked for one since that seemed to be the only way to find our room and she wouldn't even lift a finger to hand us one. She basically just looked at us and said yeah we could have one. So i had to reach over the desk to get one myself. Once we got to our room it was not very clean at all and on the dresser was a glass cover that had some sort of liquid under it. This place is an absolute red flag to avoid! Not only that but we heard from a super nice waitress at the restaurant in the casino that she wasn't able to go home one night and was given a room by her boss. This same hotel lady was checking the waitress in and was super rude to her. The waitress found when she got to her room that her key didn't work. When she went to get it fixed the hotel receptionist wouldn't fix or replace the card. So the poor waitress had to spend the night in her freezing cold car!
