Our recent stay at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas was marred by an appalling lack of customer service and poor management that I would never have expected from a hotel of this caliber. Upon check-in, we were assured that we wouldn't need to check out and check back in despite having two different rates for our stay. This was meant to simplify our experience, but it was only the beginning of a string of issues. Around 3 PM the following day, I received a call inquiring if we had requested a late checkout. I politely explained that we had discussed this with the front desk the day before and asked if they had reviewed the notes on our account. The response I received was rude and dismissive, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. When we returned to the hotel later that day, we had to get new keys for our new room. We were told that a bellhop would assist with the move in about 20 minutes. However, after waiting for what felt like an eternity, no one showed up. We were forced to move our belongings ourselves, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, when we tried to go back to our original room to retrieve the rest of our belongings, the keys no longer worked. We called the front desk, only to be told that management was aware of the issue but no one was responding. This was a blatant disregard for our time and comfort. After going down to the front desk in person, we were informed that it would take 10 to 15 minutes for a manager to come
