I had to insist to be moved to the suite I booked and paid for. We was placed in a dirty, smelly, drab room that was in the un-renovated part of the resort. Also, they charged us resort fees but stated that the pools and outdoor resort facilities were closed down. I had to call booking to get my resort fees refunded. They had no transportation on top of everything. Our trip at the Rio was a total inconvenience. I would not recommend.

It’s a little ways off the strip (not much though!) short taxi ride to the strip was inexpensive and next time we go to Vegas we will definitely stay at the Reo. The casino was also great! The rooms were clean and beautiful and the price couldn’t be beat! We were also driving a truck pulling a trailer and they had plenty of parking to accommodate

Was not hapy with the fact that I paid almost $200 in resort fees when we could not use the pool, the ice machine was broken, and there was no microwave or even a coffe pot. Not really sure what those fees were for.

I love the experience my husband and I had at Rio hotel , the only thing we did not like is that is off the strip and that the hotel doesn’t have 24/7 food service, other than that was excellent!

I paid good money for a suite with strip view. Overall the room was nice a little out dated but nice. But that was not the issue the issue was the cleanliness of the room. First for a suite with strip view it was hard to get pics out of all the room windows because they were dirty. Wallpaper on the bathroom wall is coming off, shower was extremely dirty and tub was very dirty so dirty that we walked to Walgreens so we could clean it out. Living room table had crumbs all in the crevices. Blood on bathroom door and really no microwave or coffee pot. Also the way tv is in there it’s Impossible for a group to watch tv together cause someone won’t be able to see.
