Fine, but NOT 9/10 on Hotels. More like 7/10.
Some issues: Checkin line was long and only 1 person. Took long tome. Room key stopped working. Had to go get a new one. Shower only cold water.

Great Stay!! Picked room with washer and dryer to get my cloths washed and cleaned. I do this because i clean all my cloths at once, even the ones I have on lol so I’m butt naked in the room while it all gets cleaned. Pool is very nice, has an inside and outside area. By the pool is a restaurant. There is a bar downstairs by the check in. They serve food there too. The gym is nice and they have a peloton bike which is very nice, peloton needs to add a guest login. Room was clean and very nice and big. Walk in shower and jetted tub. Full kitchen with the works. Also has a balcony with chairs. Very nice and clean hotel. All rooms are smoke free. There’s a smoking area outside. They have a 24 hour little store by the check in for when you need things. Great stay, got my laundry done butt naked lol it’s Vegas baby!! What happens here stays here!!

Wir hatten eine super Verbindung zum LV Convention Center mit der Mono Rail. Zu Fuß bis zum Strip kein Problem. Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen an der Bar auch sehr gut möglich. Sollten wir wieder zu einer Messe in LV gehen, kommen wir gerne wieder

The best kept secret just off the Strip! Great views, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms with more space than the traditional hotel room. The walk to the strip was only 5-10 minutes and the Sphere was about the same. Definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommended!!

If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel that still checks all your boxes for exceptional service and comfortable stay, this is the place to book, Rooms are spacious; felt like my fiancé were staying in entire 1bdrm apartment. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine during check in (Thanks Tim!). Quiet location and there’s a good amount of convenient locations (Tuscany Inn, Ellis Island, gas station around the corner, etc). You’re about a 10 min walk to the strip. What more can you ask? Oh! Covered parking is free and if you have any pets, there is a maintainable pet relief area nearby. I would 10000/10 recommend and stay here again.
