Charles at the front desk is terrific - friendly and attentive. Staff was great everywhere I wandered. Location is tops if you are going to the Sphere. Daniel is very nice guarding the back entrance. Thanks, Everyone!

This property is not well maintained or clean. If you book with travelocity a night will be charged immediately to your card to hold the reservation. We got the accessible suite, probably because we booked on travelocity (we didn't need/request it) and water rolled out of the shower on to the filthy floor. The towel used to clean it up was black. Visible debris was all over the floor. The dishwasher was disgusting and the sink didn't drain even over night. It just felt gross.

Good spot for high roller and surrounding areas Preparation for grand prix made it very difficult to get around. Reception very helpful getting documents printed that I needed. Dirty cigarette butts on our stairs and dirty laundry and garbage bag sat in front of opposite apartment our whole stay

The room was plenty spacious and just right for our group of 5. We had problems with the air conditioner but it was quickly fixed. Pools and the bar/grill were great! Service was overall good except one staff sharing there wasn’t a hot tub and then discovering there was. Thanks!

I liked the fact that it had all the amenities in the room. It’s was very spacious. The staff texted me as soon as we arrived in our room to make sure everything was good and were very accommodating. We got there super early and there was not a long wait or early check in fee! It was amazing!
