We got the Bunk bed suite. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is kinda weird. The elevators are operated manually, sometimes in service areas. Not a bad experience overall but the hotel needs work.

Room was ok, a bit outdated. My major issue was with the bathroom. It wasn't very clean, and the bathtub was clogged with hair. Had to take it out myself, it was very gross. Toilet kept making noises all night, and eventually the sink clogged up a bit as well, even though it wasn't heavily used. Rest of the room was ok, carpet had some weird looking stains and the closet door was going to collapse at some point. Smoke alarm kept beeping when I first got in, but the staff came over to fix it. Overall, i'd say the staff was very helpful and kind. Casino is fine, small, but comfortable. Liked the idea that it wasn't too noisy or crowed. Would say I'd stay there again, but the bathrooms will really make me think twice.

Only one working elevator and they put an employee in a chair to sit and be an elevator attendant taking up room in the elevator. Most employees will allow as many people in as possible but then you have one who has an attitude and will only let 4 people in at a time. And you can’t take the stairs because there is no stairs that lead from second floor to casino. Only an emergency exit to parking lot. There were crickets in the bedrooms. Just overall run down and not worth the money

Room was a disaster mirrored closet door leaning up against door when you entered drape hanging off the rod. No shampoo conditioner or body wash. Bottles were empty.

Overall terrible. Old dirty. AC in room bad. Mold in bathroom. I wrote this review waiting for someone to show up at front desk. 5 computer stations and literally nobody here. This place shouldn’t even be considered a last resort!

We stay there often. It seems to be going down hill. The hot water was cold and the elevators were down and we had to use the freight elevator and they had the poor employees stuck sitting inside to help who were more than friendly as much of the other staff we encountered
