After many trips to Vegas and the Oyo this will be my last stay at the Oyo. We upgraded our room to be pool view. When we arrived we were asked to upgrade so that we could have a coffee machine and fridge. Being people who like coffee we gladly upgraded our room. Unfortunately, the pool tower only has 1 working elevator then we never had room service for our room or the coffee replenished. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. No room service, no one cleaned the hallway, and when I went to the front desk for coffee they gave me a couple coffee packs but no cups, creamer, or sugar. To top off the trip we had no hot water pressure being on the 17th floor. I will not be back to Oyo and will recommend my family and friends never go back also.

Out of the 6 elevators, 2 of them barely worked. We paid the resort fee of $50 every night but NO resort amities were open. They charge us for something that isn’t open or doesn’t work ON TOP of $20/night for parking. There’s no cameras in the parking garage either! When asking for clean towels because we stayed 6 nights, they had rude attitude. I’ll never stay there again nor do I recommend it.

Was a great place to stay. Right beside the strip and monorail so very easy to get to where you want to go. Yes only one elevator was working(one working elevator per tower) but there was zero to no wait for it (other than during check in and check out times). Of course if you want to stay on a higher floor then yeah you may not want to walk. We stayed on the 4th and the stairs were nothing but fine to walk if you didnt want to wait for elevator. Staff is friendly and the games are great.

The television only had 3 to 4 channels Only one elevator worked out of 3 The room was awful; mattress was hard. The bathroom sink had a leak Towels were not clean The hotel smelled like smoke , which made our room smell Overall bad experience and not worth the money we paid I Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

I would never stay there again over price security deposit everything was dusty broken down elevators you have to go up the flights even if you staying and whatever floor bathroom and sink clogged It smells pull close early and drunk people knocking on door Trying to open the doors n watch peoples in the hall way. I will definitely not recommend no one to stay there especially when you get stuck in the elevator and injure yourself by the elevators..

The stay was what we expected with a last minute booking. The bars downstairs was great. The Coffee shop we only got it once because the times in the website was different than the actual hours. Worst part was the elevators only one us working and you have to wait for it to get to your floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Price was fair but in our room sliding doo4 was broken and the bathroom knob was also broken Housekeeping never came to empty out garbages so we had to do it ourselves We also would have to go chase down a house keeper to get extra towels They charge more to have a fridge , microwave, and the coffee isn't worth it. You gotta pay for parking so be prepared

You get what you pay for, cheap for Vegas and did the job. Only one lift was working during our stay so long waits for the lift. The stairs weren't any better by stopping on floor two whilst we were on 11. To be honest, I think the Tropicana which has been knocked down was in a better condition. The staff were excellent as were the beers in the sports bar, couldn't fault any of them. I don't like giving negative reviews but I have to on this occasion!!
