All elevators not operable, most of ice machines not operable, AC unit was covered in dust and blowing piece of dust towards bed, multiple stains all over carpet,was charged $300 additional for deposit that wasn’t disclosed before booking but was sent at bottom of booking confirmation, was charged for a $500 smoking fee when wife was doing hair the day of our wedding because their hidden “sensor” detected a scent of smoke but could not say if it was a cigarette smell or hair being done and now have to go back and forth with bank to get deposit back and false smoking fee

Water in shower wasnt getting hot . Elevators were down . The Elevator for the hotel employees we had to use but seemed like something off a horror movie . I was very scared to get on late at night or just anytime alone . Tub had hair in it around he edge of the bathtub. Water to awhile to drain in the sink when washing up .

Never stayed here due to the inconvenience of the elevators. I have 3 younger kids and all elevators to my tower were down so we were forced to use the shaft elevator, which had everyone from that tower using it so it. Once we actually got in the elevator, the button to my floor wouldn't work so we it skipped over our floor and we just gave up at that point.

Expedia needs to remove this peoperty as an option for booking and is a disgrace to Las Vegas ruining every single persons experience who visits. NONE of the elevators in this building work and is a safety hazard. Seniors and people having to climb the stairs daily up to 17th floor because nothing works! Extremely filthy and old in the rooms nothing like the pictures advertised. Curtains and lamps and AC unit filled with thick dust. Stains all over the floor. They have money to pay for fake good reviews but no money to fix the elevators which is an essential. Hundreds of people forced to take the stairs up and down daily seems to be happening for months and no one is doing anything about it. Disgusting filthy hotel with zero amenities that work but have the audacity to be charging resort fee which should be refunded when the basics like elevators never work. They have exposed wires everywhere which is a dangerous safety hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE

OYO Hotel has room for improvement.
Out of the three guest elevators, only one was functional. The lobby was warm. I was happy with my room. It was cool and clean.

I was pleased.
It was great. The only downfall was the fact that 1 of 3 elevators worked, but that didn't make the experience a bad one. For the price I can wait on an elevator. Service was great and their bartender Josue or Jose in the pool area did great as well. I'll be staying there again.

Horrible stay
To start the process off I called the hotel directly 3 times to make sure the amount of money I needed at check in I was told "2 rooms $627" like I said 3 times I was told that same amount. Get to the front desk and ended up having to pay $300 more because of 2 rooms. Get through that they didn't care I was told a different amount so I paid because no refunds. Fine on to the elevators only 2 elevators were working in the whole 19 floor hotel 1 elevator was the service elevator. The wait to get off the 5th floor was 20-45 minutes every time. To make the wait for the elevator better there was no AC in the hallways and spotty in the casino so you feel the 108°. Then you finally get to your room the room was clean ish there was mold in the bathroom ceiling and around the tub. The beds were comfortable the only thing good in this place. Only working ice machine in the hotel was on the 3rd floor. The pool hours are posted as 9-7 the pool closed at 6pm night 1 at 4night 2 and was only open for 2 hours yesterday. I had to pay $25 a person to swimm in the pool at the MGM across the street. The the food places Hooters and stake and shake only excepted card good thing we are in Vegas and need cash for everything we do. The little store was closed most of the time. The bar did give us buy 1 get 1 margaritas. I would stay at circus circus before I would stay in this hotel ever again
