Its not bad. Cheapest hotel i can find during the 31st. Walkable to the strip. Smoke just terrible. Room is clean. Staff are nice.

Charged me for resort fee ( pool/hot tub, gym, free parking) but I didn't have a car there, the gym sucked very dirty and pool and hot tub were "closed for maintenance"

It’s a good hotel the elevator was broke so we had to walk around 7min each time to arrive to our room The corridors have a very bad smell The casino is a bit noisy and you can find some homeless people and drink people in front of the entry which can be a little bit uncomfortable But the rooms are in a very good condition very clean Also the strip is close the bus 222 takes you there or you can w’al for a 20 mons it’s worth it

Since we checked in our room was never cleaned even once . When I went to the front desk to ask why they said I have to request it, after I requested it they still never cleaned the room (noting they charged fees that are supposed to be for covering this). When I asked why we can’t get clean towels and the room cleaned I’m told the facilities manager commented they can’t focus on occupied rooms right now as they have unoccupied ones to clear. The first clerks we spoke to tried to get the manager several times and no one spoke to me or came out. She later assured me I would get a full refund of the fees when I check out. Fast forward to checking out, the lady then advised me I will be charged the fees for the first day , so I asked what am I paying for exactly , the lady responded for receiving the room clean after which I asked so people check into dirty rooms and it’s our responsibility ? After debating for several minutes she was adamant the first day would be charged. And I forgot to add before we noticed the room wasn’t cleaned after requesting it to be, we asked for a late check out for a few additional hours and was willing to pay , the clerk told us we have to pay $300 for the additional hours . I looked online and saw several options for less than $130 within 3 miles so I obviously opted for somewhere else. Horrible experience overall with the service , cleaning of the space , no enforcement of non smoking areas and the list goes on. I do not recommend.

Place is in the hood so you cannot expect miracles. But it would be nice to at least have a fridge in the room. A microwave would be nice as well. I understand it’s a casino-hotel and food and drink sales are part of their add-on, but considering the location it would be nice if at a bare minimum you could store cold drinks.
