The plexiglass at reception was a nice touch, wasn’t sure whether it was because of bad customers (weren’t any while we were there), rude staff, or the fact they made every customer leave a $100 CASH security deposit. They even provide a cash machine right there within 5 meters that has a nice $3 surcharge for your trouble. Can’t even leave because you are pre-paid so it’s pretty much extortion. Really liked the ‘if you don’t remember to pick up your deposit on checkout then you forfeit it’ bit you have to sign too. Like the person behind me said, tourists don’t carry cash and the locals would never stay here. Anyway, the room itself was large and clean. Pity it was over 93F and the air conditioning was not on. It took 2 hours to cool the room down. The other nice touch was the shower head that was set up for all their 4’ tall customers .. I’m 5’4 and the shower head was at my nose level. My over 6’ husband was really impressed. The motel was in a good position but we’ll never recommend it to anyone we actually like. Were so glad to get out of there.

There's a $100 CASH deposit required when you've a prepaid reservation. There is no choice in the matter. They don't accept a credit card for deposit, so you're forced to withdraw the required cash from a conveniently provided ATM. However, that has a charge attached to it and you've to pay that. The property itself is fairly old, doesn't have elevators, and is most because it's quite close to a lot of traffic. It's conveniently located to the strip, but that's about it.

I didn’t like how unprofessional the staff was. Very rude and the breakfast they offered was horrible. The air conditioner takes 24 hours to kick in.

Usual... homeless shelter treatment.
Asked for room no one next door slamming. Got a corner room, then ... yup... Someone put right next door, slamming at night. Kids smoking sitting out front of door, shade spot, was special. Don't get it. And very irritating as walk by rows and rows of empty rooms. Guess do enough money off homeless shelter, why cater to customers. Wyndham gotta be proud.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights. We could not check in on time due to road closure which made us delayed by 6-7 hours. The whole night we were stranded on the road. While we reached hotel, we were told that due to no show our reservation got cancelled. The person available in the front desk told that the refund will be given and asked us to contact Expedia. We paid express check in fees and one day charge upfront to book fresh for another night.Wgen we contacted Expedia, we found that the hotel charged one night and issued a refund of 2nd night. They took 2/3 rd of our money citing the room was expensive on the night we missed in our staying. It was very unfortunate that there was a wrong communication by the person in the front desk told complete refund vs what is being paid to us.
