Overall it was a very nice stay. The hotel room was clean, quiet and the bed very comfortable. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the room smelled like cigarette smoke when entering the unit, when the unit was supposed to be a none smoking room and on the last day of our stay the elevator was out of service which was inconvence when checking out. Another inconvenience was the city construction that is happening, this is out of the control of the hotel but I feel like the hotel should inform the

Excellent staff. Very courteous and professional. Everyone from the front desk clerk to the maintenance people were so helpful and made us feel welcome. We felt very safe with the amount of friendly security throughout the property. Only issues we had was the vents in the bathroom were extremely loud. We could have used more hot water. Other than that our stay was outstanding. We have decided this would be our go to on every vegas trip.
