The room was basically ok, nothing special. The fan in the HVAC system ran all the time, so it was a bit noisy. We Had some issues with the temperature that they addressed the first day, but we shouldn't have had to complain to get there. The whole building smells a bit smoky, since people smoke a lot in the casino, even though it's supposedly a smoke-free building. Ha! Overall the place is feeling kind of worn and a bit tattered. I'm told they're renovating parts, but not the tower where we stayed. I got text messages from the hotel nearly every day about either elevator issues or emergency water shutoffs. The notices could be helpful, but that seems like a lot of problems for one week. All told, it was an ok place to stay, but nothing special.

I had high expectations for Westgate given that Orlando’s properties were so clean and beautiful. In Vegas, it is not very clean (doubt our room was cleaned properly given the tissues and toenails found), areas are very dark, unpleasant smell in the halls. Very, very loud vents over the night in which maintenance had to come and check out but nothing was found.
