The stay was amazing, villa was good but the kitchen could be improved in terms of cleanliness and warm food storage. Staff was very welcoming and friendly

Proximity to Kuta and Seminyak and yet quiet. Beautiful grounds
Like a home away from home. Staff were excellent. 3 bedroom villa spacious. Villa Pool and main pool lovely. well maintained gardens. Would prefer buffet breakfast but alacarte still nice and tasty. A little away from beach and main drag. 15 min walk. But bluebird taxi only a few dollars to get you places
Checked out this hotel a few months ago and booked 5 days for this trip,i was very surprised that this hotel was so quiet and the staff were also very helpful anytime i needed something. I would not hesitate to stay here again, i was in a suite room on the ground floor
Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Pool area great, room a little tired, but for cost it’s 👍. Breakfast simple, but very adequate and always cooked well and tasty. Food from menu was great also. Quiet location, but close enough to walk to everything. Will be back. 🙏
The private villa was quiet and removed from nearby traffic, with a separate sitting area and smaller pool that was very peaceful. The hotel location was convenient to lots of local shopping, beaches and the airport, plus day trips. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful with bags and requests and the provided breakfast was good. Overall very good and easy stay.
Good place with great price, close to restaurant 24 hours

Good value for money.
My room was ok and everything clean. The bathroom was not not great but again it was clean. Sheets & towels were old. Pool area great. About a 20 minute walk to the beach , shops & restaurants. I stayed for 2 nights and for the price I paid, it was good value for money.
We had a great time. The hotel is close to everything but far enough away that when you want to chill you can.

Definitely wasn’t close to beach
I had booked deluxe room when got there put up top room 401 maybe because was big room they think it’s deluxe room was older ran down room the rooms in 600 bottom near pool where mordern shouldn’t Be deluxe room and to say 10 minutes walk beach totally wrong need bike get there all up I wasn’t happy my room at all since payed more then standard room I travel bali a lot lst last night this motel
It's not accurate to the photo. Room smells extremely stinky and moldy. I couldn't breathe properly. I opened the door to refresh the air but then a bunch of mosquitoes came in and there's no mosquito net or screen door. So I ran down to store and get incense sticks and candles but the smell didn't go away untill I check out. Bed mattress, blanket and pillows are cheap crap. Next morning I littalally got sick by breathing moldy toxic air(my throat was swollen and my nose was nearly bleeding) and I got strong shoulders pain cause of the crappy bed. Amenity is lame. There's no floor mat, no hand towel, no shampoo, not even a single soup they provide. No toilet bidet and flusgh was too weak easy to block. Had to buy my own shower product. Breakfast was lame and poor taste. Also I used their laundry service they charged 5times more than other places and you know what? It came out all stained and partly bleached! Wish I am joking now but sadly that's all true as I got photos of it. It was the most disgusting nightmare experience of my 12 years of world travel. This place is not even cheap place and they raised double price cause it was ramadan holiday. The only good thing of this place is the kind staffs. They were doing their best to sort out the problems as much as they can. But it's not about the staffs. It's about the stinge owner who don't want to improve any quality of the property. This is a huge scam. Do your best to avoid this place or at least the room #502 suit.
Location quite and close walking distance to shops and if you like to exercise it was pleasant walk to the beach
What I loved about Villa Diana was it was a small number of rooms/villas relaxing and intimate complex my room was a few steps from the swimming pool.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
A couple of Ideas for improvement as I see it.
1. A few extra power point in the room to charge phones iPads laptops etc
2. To access the pool in the heat of the day maybe have cover or sails over part of the pool to provide shade as not everyone likes to swim in the hot sun. This will cater for everyone’s needs.

Fantastic staff
Was very pleasantly surprised at how lovely Billa Diana was. For a 3 star hotel it was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. The aircon was a little temperamental, but the staff were there fixing it in no time. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel is nice and small with great sized rooms. The grounds and the pool are great too. If your expecting a big banquet at breakfast, you will be dissapointed. There is traditional Bali food and the chef cooks eggs to your desire. There is plenty to eat and if it runs out the staff cook more.
My family and I will be back in March to stay at one of the 3 bed villas.
Thank you for a welcoming and fantastic stay.

Quiet
Staff that were there were very obliging and apologetic but bed linen very stained, bath towels suppose to be white but not should be used for rags. No chef for evening meals as free meal for 2 on booking and some menu items not available, orange juice so watered down it was disgusting, dirty table clothes, algae on some sides of pool.
Very nice place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to shopping and clubs and restaurants by taxi. Great rooms , staff and pool.
Breakfast could be improved though
Lovely rooms and pool, staff always very helpful. Had a couple of problems with the aircon which were attended to and fixed straight away. Thumbs up to the maintenance crew.
Excellent WiFi throughout the complex.
3rd time I've stayed here.
Mix bag this one. The grounds are very nice including the pool. Staff are nice and friendly. The rooms need a serious update though. Linen is old and looks like it's been going through the hot wash since the 80s. Very dusty rooms that haven't been cleaned properly (no idea what the cleaners were doing every day). The shower head barely reached my chest so had to squat in the shower to wash my hair. The hotel is near the river so make sure you have insect repellant. It's ok but it really needs a good clean, fresh linen and a bit of care to make it passable.
Absolutely loved our 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which gave us privacy to relax and swim anytime. The staff were outstanding and were so pleasant to deal with.
I am very disappointed from the service I received from both the hotel and the booking agent. I made my reservation and paid for it almost 3 months ago and when I arrived I didn't received the room that I had paid for- the deluxe one, but pushed in the standart one - everywhere ( expedia, booking, the official site of the hotel) are properly given one and the same pictures of the deluxe room so there wasn't any way to make mistake in recognizing it. After 30 min. discussion with the receptionist he kindly explained us that they sell both standard and deluxe room on the same price and our room was OK ( I paid extra for the deluxe one), meanwhile I saw from outside 2 free (empty and cleaned) rooms which looked almost the same as on your pictures for deluxe room and asked to change my room but the receptionist couldn't because he expected guests in one of the room (and they have paid for exactly for that type room) and he doubted if he could give us the 2nd one...We tried to receive our money back and just to take the risk to go in another hotel, but they couldn't do that due to the fact that our reservation is via Expedia.com. I asked when will be a deluxe room available, but the 1st possible date is almost when we( me and my boyfriend) leave...Finally after praying (literally praying and begging) I received the 2nd free room on the 1st level, but even this room is far from the deluxe one-For the whole situation I sent an e-mail to expedia and I still don't have any feedback

GOOD BUT NOT GREAT
Stayed for 6 nights. It was pretty quiet and seemed less than half full. The hotel is on a back road and not near to anywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to get to where you want to be. The rooms on the top floor have a shower problem. I asked 4 times in the first day to look at it and fix it. Workmen went up to my room but without tools, so nothing ever happened. Water pressure and temperature are a big problem. The swimming pool shower in comparision is amazing. I think the more expensive rooms dont have this problem. Also, the towels are very old and break apart when drying. Swimming pool, staff and breakfast were good. I enjoyed my stay here but next time Id be looking for something else as there are so many places to stay.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Villa 1). The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The villa itself wasn't so great. Out of 3 toilets, one didn't flush from day one and another one only flushed sometimes. It was very inconvenient having only 1 toilet between 7 people. Both my daughters rooms had stained sheets on the bed quite often but the staff were happy to change them each time we asked. The shower in the upstairs bathroom had very poor water pressure and for some reason, only had 'bursts' of warm water otherwise the water was continuously cold (I know it's hot there but when you got out of the pool at night, a warm shower would have been nice). I ended up using the outdoor shower in my daughters room most of the time as that had hot water. Out of the 3 bedrooms, 2 smelt like mould which was quite gross. My sisters booked a room in the hotel part and had to scrub the shower and bedroom wall, as well as clean the A/C to remove the mould.
To be honest, the cleanliness of the facilities were far from great!
I also found that there wasn't much within walking distance and a number of taxi drivers had no idea where it was. One taxi driver just kept driving til we told him to let us out at Seminyak Square and we had to get another taxi back to the villa (total fare cost for that was around $10 AUD....expensive for Bali cabs).
The only thing this Place had going for it was the staff. For the AUD $3000 it cost us to stay there, the facilities were very disappointing.
