Need more than one person on the front desk. Waited a long time to check in. Room was clean and nice set up, but musty smell- ventilation could be improved. Bed was comfortable, but sitting area sofa was not. A bit worn, but still clean.

We went to this hotel due to good ratings. We were very disappointed. The room was dirty, bathroom terrible dirty. The staff was rude, the cafeteria lady was always on the phone ,leaving the coffee bottle empty. We had to leave the hotel earlier than the date we booked due to an emergency and asked for a refund for just one day and the manager refused to give us the refund. Terrible management. My advice, stay away from that hotel. Otherwise, you will be disappointed and frustrated .
