Would stay there again
We stayed there for only a weekend, after our cruise. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the cruise port and close to the airport. It is also right next to a metro station, in a street with supermarkets, bakeries and shops. The room was very comfortable, clean, good sized. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was great, really helpful and attentive, they even prepared a breakfast box for us on our last day, because we had to leave at 6am for the airport.

It’s located on a busy street in a busy neighborhood but never felt unsafe. once inside it’s very clean, staff extremely corteous. The highlight was the breakfast, what a pleasant surprise!

The staff here is AMAZING! Beatriz, Susana & Joana were so friendly and helpful. Always had smiles on their faces and ALWAYS willing to help. The greatest Hotel Staff I have seen in a long time. The hotel was very clean and looks like it has been updated. The lobby was a great place to hang out and relax with our friends. We never felt like we were a bother to anyone. They have a nice outside area with a few tables out front so you can sit out and watch the people walk by. I would definitely rate this a 5 out of 5 and would definitely stay here again.

Even though this hotel is on a busy city street, we had a room in the back and it was very quiet. Rooms facing street may have a different experience. While this hotel is not in the main tourist areas of Lisbon, we found it to be very convenient if you want to use public transportation. The metro subway stop was just a few step from the hotel and from that stop, you could very easily get to the beautiful older parts of the city to do more touristy things. The subway system ran very efficiently. Also easy to get from airport to hotel via the metro.

Small 3* hotel with a nice staff. It is well maintened. It has everything you need as a hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was ok nothing crazy it has what you need to start your day. We were really surprised with how small the rooms are, the shower is so small we could barely move in it. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's central and there is a lot of things to do walking distance. If you drink a lot of water be aware that they don't refill the glass bottle, you have to do it yourself.

Poor check-in processes and maintenance
On arrival, the receptionist took some time to book us in and on going to the room found it had a double and not two single beds. It then took over half an hour to sort out an appropriate room. This room did not have a window view and it took three days to sort out a bedside lamp that didn't work. The hotel only has a coffee bar not a drinks bar but did provide a very good breakfast buffet.
