The property is generally very good as is the location and the staff. My one criticism is the petro chemical smell that can be detected when close to the outdoor pool and when in the pool.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly interactions with housekeeping, every team member we encountered was incredibly professional and attentive. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The hotel's restaurant also exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and exceptional service. We can't wait to return and experience this outstanding hospitality once again! Miguel was so kind and helpful. He literally saved my life. All the staff were so cute. Thomas was really helpful. All the staff are amazing!!! Beautiful and great location
Staff at reception were great and super-helpful. They gave us an upgrade upon arrival and lots of help with restaurant bookings etc. The valets were also fantastic. The only area that needs improving is the pool staff; they bring drinks, but are not helpful with pool towels, water and so forth. There were dirty towels and used glasses left everywhere. Everything else was fantastic: location, view, quality of bedding and accommodation, parking and the maintenance; there’s even a peacock who canes daily from the nearby park for a stroll: so cute!

Hotel was incredible. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean. Great restaurant and pool. The pool does get busy so just keep that in mind but the location was perfect. Across the street from the water and downtown Cascais. It was safe and clean everywhere we walked to. I just wish we stayed longer!
