This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.
The entire hotel is under construction, and judging from other reviews, it has been under renovation for many months. They should have closed the hotel down during the construction instead of having loud construction noise and construction dust and debris everywhere.
The day we arrived, we checked in at 2pm and were told there was no electricity. Thus, the keycard door entry did not work, we couldn't charge our phones, etc. The electricity was out for about 4 hours. The next two mornings, there was no hot water. The last day we were there, there was NO water, period. No showers, no hand-washing, no brushing your teeth, no flushing the toilet.
The room they put us in, 401, was in the stairwell and about two feet from the antiquated elevator. There was a huge gap underneath the door for all noise to come through. All night long we heard the sound of the lift creaking up and down, as well as people coming up and down the stairs. We barely sleep that night.
The next day we complained and were moved to a different room, 504. This room was quieter; unfortunately, it was also smaller. We are two small people, with only two small bags each. Yet there was no room to move around this room. I had to put my bag under the bathroom sink because there was nowhere else to put it. That's how small the room was.
We left two nights early and paid extra to stay somewhere else. Trust the 1-star reviews and avoid this hotel.
