The property was nice and convenient. Short walk to the mall was nice. I chose the hotel due to laundry facilities but half of the equipment was broken. So was always a line waiting to use laundry.

Nice and comfortable stay
The hotel location is 5min walk from Mall of Emirates. The room is comfortable and we had a connecting room to my friends. The only issue we faced during our stay is the aircon is cold and the shower spray is inconsistent as it turn hot n very hot suddenly despite getting technicians to fix it. Other than that the rest is ok

Very basic! There was no one to help with the luggage at check in and the room was not cleaned properly despite us mentioning our child’s health concerns. The manager did not have the courtesy to even apologize for it.

Comfortable room, efficient lifts. The only bad experience I had was with the receptionist. No eye contact, no pleasantries, curt replies, tethering on the edge of rudeness. Doesn't feel like I'm being welcomed in a Hilton property.

Our family had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The service was excellent, and everything was as we expected. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, which we all enjoyed. Having free access to the pool and laundry was a real plus, especially at this price. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for families looking for good service and value.

It was a short stay but mist say ideal location juts few mins away from Mall of Emirates and metro. Hotel rooms were so clean. Staff was so good and helpful. Will stay there again.
