Best Hotel close to the airport
Needed a quick hotel for the night because we landed so late from our flight. This hotel is so quiet and comfortable and clean and the service was amazing. I was checked into my room within five minutes of arriving from a free shuttle.

The Hotel is close to the Airport, which was ideal for us when we landed in Dubai at 1130pm. They have a shuttle bus every 30 min to and from the hotel and airport which is great. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and the staff are friendly I recommend

Overall average. Shuttle bus took over 30 min to arrive the airport, room didn’t have towels. With king bed and sofa bed, room easily accommodates three. Room is a little smaller than those HI Express in US

I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa, but my room had two twin beds, no sofa bed, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly either. I didn’t complain because I arrived at 2 a.m. after two flights and was very tired. I just needed to rest as I was staying for only one night and had another flight in the morning, so I didn’t really mind. However, if I were staying for a couple of days, it would have really mattered to me.

It was onw of the worse hotels and services i ever been too.. managers need to be trained properly. Disgusting attitude. Never got house keeping for 9 days i was there. Horrible customer service

Stayed for a night. No help with luggage whilst checking in and checking out which was very disappointing after a long tiring flight. Transfer to and from the hotel was prompt and reliable. 10/15 walk to the nearest metro station. Would i stay again? Probably not.
