This was a beautiful and luxurious hotel located on the famous Palm Jumeirah. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the dining options were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for beachfront access and poolside fun, this hotel is perfect.

Great option for short stayover..
Excellent resort hotel. Great rooms and fantastic staff. Rooms and public areas well maintained and clean. Food was great. Half board arrangement was good value. Drinks prices, outside of happy hour, were very expensive. There is a lack of hooks / rails to hang hand and bath towels up in the room. The assumption may be that guests will use once and demand fresh ones but odd nonetheless.

We had the most amazing stay from start to finish. Food quality very good and service is exceptional. We were visiting with our small child and he was treated like royalty everywhere he went. Staff go above and beyond to make the experience special. Very happy and would stay at Sofitel Dubai the Palm again hopefully very soon

My husband and I loved loved loved our week at this hotel. We literally felt so safe, we relaxed and loved everything about it. I believe the half board is worth it if you take food by the pool etc it can add up but it can also tie you down to the hotel so it depends what type of vacation you’re looking for ! The location is around 25 minute drive from the downtown (mall, Burj Khalifa etc) so keep this in mind when booking and what kind of trip your looking to do. The staff at the hotel is impeccable, it’s so clean and we have no complaints. This hotel was the best part of our honey moon!
