Our second time back to the Sofitel on the Palm and just brilliant! It really embedded everything we initially felt about our previous stay. We had the the one bedroom apartment, which was huge and elegant with a massive bed and the biggest bath tub I have ever seen. Very peaceful resort, which was a nice contrast to the hub bub of the rest of Dubai, which was very easily and cheaply accessible by the government taxis. A very short distance to Aquaventure, which we love. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great pool and lovely beach. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was lovely and spacious. Some ware to the room, things like the sofa and bathroom looked well used now the hotels been there for sometime. All staff were very lovely. Check in took a little while as they only have two people on the desk and the spa/salon people are quite persistant asking if youd like any services which i dont think is needed. Still, the location and hotel are beautiful and the staff very helpful.

Our family of five recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Rizwan, who was awesome throughout our stay, and Imtiyaz at check-in. We stayed in room 9602, which was perfect with its stunning views of the Palm and the sea from the balcony. The room was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay very comfortable. The pools were brilliant, and our kids absolutely loved them. The Gelati ice cream staff near Koru were amazing. Breakfast at Manava was a highlight each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The kids club was a godsend! Our 6-year-old was initially reluctant, but after his first visit, he loved it and made lots of friends. You can leave the kids there for up to 3 hours under staff supervision. While we were disappointed that the Porterhouse restaurant and Laguna were closed, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at Hong Loong, Moana, and Zoya. However, paying £10 for a 750ml bottle of water was a bit steep. It would be great if water was included in the half-board package, though we understand paying for other drinks. The spa was fantastic. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cleaning staff were super nice and ensured our room was spotless. Our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm was amazing. The lovely hotel, friendly staff, and excellent amenities made it a memorable vacation. We would definitely come back again.

I has constant construction noise in and around the hotel. I’ve come to a 5 star hotel to relax with my family and we couldn’t even rest. The management team changed my room but the noise still persisted and then further to this disruption there was ‘maintenance’ work ongoing at the lifts causing further inconvenience. The worst part of it, the breakfast was horrible. Sausages uncooked. Even staff mentioning the breakfast is old and not freshly made. They reuse what they can. Disgusting. The only positive was the valet parking staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel is not 5 star whatsoever.

We had a lovely family holiday and staff were very child friendly and made our stay welcoming. Food choices on half board at the pool were limited though reflected in the price we paid. Breakfast and lunch were the meals we had and always good quality. Pools and staff all were brilliant Location is a bit out of the way on the Palm, we knew this ahead of travel and knew we would need a taxi to get anywhere. Concierge services were good and got taxies and buggies when needed. Overall a great holiday.

We had a wonderful stay. Pools were amazing, 6 to choose from. Always got a lounger. Lots of shade which is good in 45degrees. Food was fantastic and lots to choose from. The kids loved kids' club. Can't wait to return.
