Excellent location, away from the crowded touristy Baixa but a few steps from the Metro. Lovely little restaurants abound. And the Eduardo VII park is a great amenity, full of birds and beautiful walking paths. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Our check in staff was great. The regular staff after our check in, not so much. We asked for water and got it at check in. They said there was a mini bar and there was not. We stayed for 3 nights and request water each day. We were told we had to pay extra for it. Then upon check out, a staff person told us we could go to the 9th floor to refill Our bottle. That would have been great info to have when we checked in.

Very good location, walking distance to metro and very reasonable Uber prices to touristic places and airport. Room was clean and with good space for 3. Front desk staff was very friendly. They hold guest luggages after check out that can be very usefull. I would come back to this hotel.
