This property needs serious renovation, new furniture, also larger lounge to comfortably sit on 2 people together. Ventilation of rooms is essential,Also cleaners are not doing their job. Unfortunately Will not be returning ,

The accommodation is lovely, though somewhat tired and in need of a good handyman to fix the broken bathroom blinds, etc. Management is wonderful! Lovely, cheerful lady and only too happy to rectify problems. Have stayed there before and would stay there again. too happy to rectify any problems.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when e had to cut or stay short due to the beds being extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff came and vacuumed the floors and added a topper to the bed but it was still much too hard to sleep on. 5 star for staff. The beds they had before were very plush and soft, but since new management, they changed the beds and were as hard as sleeping on the floor.

We stayed in the loft apartment since we were only 2 people. There are only stairs so you have to take your bag upstairs but it wasn't too bad. It had a great patio and a small kitchen with everything you need included. It had a frig, microwave, dishes, toaster, etc. Easy parking right outside the door. Great communication when checking in which gave us all the details we needed. Very nice large bathroom also. Walking trail was close by and we had good weather so we could use the trail to get to a park.

Excellent stay. A beautiful part of the blue mountains. We stayed as two couples and it is the perfect set up, with our own bathrooms and kitchens and fireplaces. It’s well kept for its age and I’d definitely stay again.

My hubby and I loved our stay here. The room was clean and big. We loved the quiet location, but it was still really close to everything. it was nice coming back to the apartment after a big day hiking around the Blue Mountains.

Amazing hotel within walking distance to Wentworth Falls. The room was clean and tidy and spacious with a balcony on either side. The gardens are well kept and beautiful and waking up to the fresh air and rain was amazing.

Get this place booked !
Simply superb. What a great facility, location, set up, and service. Stayed 3 nights and was fantastic. Great location for planning hikes etc and sightseeing. We had a first floor studio and was remarkably spacious and well equipped. The balconies front and rear great for afternoon relax after a hike. Added bonus of wild Cockatoo cheekily tapping on window and I fed them some seed and bread. The grounds are spotless and well maintained Out and about, we dined in Katoomba but if you want to prepare food at the studio there’s a combo microwave etc. coffee maker, kettle and fridge available. Really is a fantastic set up, and should we ever come back to Oz we would definitely book this place for longer. Some fantastic walks.. make sure you go to Minnehaha Falls for a swim in rock pool etc .
