My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve never slept better at a hotel and breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Staff is 15/10, they went above and beyond. I will say that I don’t recommend to anyone not physically fit, there are so many hills on slippery pavers. There is a trolly nearby but it’s pretty useless since it’s a bit of a tourist attraction and always packed

Amazing!! All aspects of this hotel were excellent. The staff was the best ever. The time they spent with us making reservations and providing information exceeded our expectations. Simply the BEST! If you travel to Lisbon they will help make it a memorable experience. We received our VIP gifts but mistakenly checked the incorrect box on my check in review.

You will love it here
Our experience was fabulous. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgable, especially Joanna, Afonso and Pedro. They helped us in navigating the city. The hotel is attractive, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood (Alfama) is very authentic, and the food is excellent. We also had free Champagne in the lobby whenever we wanted it. Our well-stocked mini-bar was free the first day, too. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We were greeted by señor Pedro M with champagne and dulces. The hotel is very well decorated with mirror/TV in the room. The mini fridge is filled with local drinks (free!!!). Brunch was spectacular (it was included in our reservation)!!!! Location is fabulous to explore Alfama and close to the train station to Poto!

The property is very nice. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. We liked that you could order from a menu of Benedicts and still eat from the buffet. The common areas are small and there wasn’t a restaurant to eat at night.

This hotel was amazing for various reasons. From the time you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome and special. We were greeted with the friendliest of faces and a glass of champagne! We were seated to check in and spent time chatting and being given great recommendations. We felt so at home already. Our room was very clean and very modern. We really appreciated every detail about this boutique hotel. The breakfast options are fantastic and not just a typical buffet, they also have a menu to order off of. Overall, the staff is really what made our experience. Everyone we interacted with was nothing but lovely. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Lisbon.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. Warm and personal service from all staff from arrival to departure. Lovely welcome drink and even pasteis da nata and other nibblies in the beautiful and well appointed room. The breakfast was really really good from buffet choices to individually cooked egg items like omelettes and eggs florentine. The location was convenient for exploring the Alfama area and was fairly close to the waterfront and castle. There are lots of hills and the stones can seem slippery but the trolley or tuk tuks are good alternatives. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at São Vicente Alfama by TRIUS Hotels in Lisbon, Portugal, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with the charming historical elements of the Alfama district. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Portuguese draft drinks and snacks, with a variety of fresh and local options to choose from. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, with many of the city's top attractions within walking distance. The hotel's proximity to quaint streets, local shops, and traditional Fado music venues truly enhanced my stay. Overall, São Vicente Alfama by TRIUS Hotels exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing helpful staff. We arrived by taxi which were allowed to drop us off at the hotel, hired transfers and or rental cars have no access to the street near the hotel and it is a hilly cobblestone street to walk to, I would recommend arriving by taxi. The hotel is beautiful, awesome breakfast, clean comfortable room! We would definetly stay here again!
